Tom Boutah

Chief Executive Officer
Tom Boutah serves as Chief Executive Officer at TSS, bringing more than two decades of experience in financial management, operational oversight, and business process improvement. His career spans government contracting and corporate environments, where he has supported complex organizations through disciplined financial stewardship, cross-functional collaboration, and informed decision-making. Tom’s experience gives him a broad understanding of how financial performance, people, and operations work together to support business success. He has partnered with senior leadership to strengthen accountability, improve efficiency, and navigate organizational change. His approach emphasizes clear priorities, strong relationships, and practical solutions that support long-term growth. At TSS, Tom brings a strategic perspective and a commitment to operational excellence, helping build a strong foundation for the company’s continued success.

Jamey Rexrode

Chief Financial Officer
Jamey Rexrode serves as Chief Financial Officer of TSS, bringing extensive leadership experience in finance, business operations, and government contracting. His background spans financial strategy, corporate governance, contracts, and pricing, providing a broad perspective on the decisions that shape organizational performance and long-term growth. Throughout his career, Jamey has partnered with executive teams to align financial planning with business objectives, strengthen operational efficiency, and guide organizations through growth and change. He has led finance and accounting functions across multiple companies, modernized business systems, and developed teams that support sound financial management and accountability. At TSS, Jamey oversees financial strategy and stewardship, helping position the company for sustainable growth while supporting its commitment to customers, employees, and partners. His leadership combines financial discipline with a practical understanding of business operations and the federal contracting environment. Jamey holds a Master of Business Administration in Acquisition, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Acquisition and Contract Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
